Broad Street Reopening
An important milestone will be reached in the Market Place Improvement Project this week when Broad Street and Langborough Road re-open to offer the first proper view of the town’s great new look.
Whilst areas of paving in front of Boots will still need to be completed, residents will be able to appreciate the York Stone paving and stylish appearance in Broad Street (at the Town hall) from Friday March 23 as the ambitious project starts to deliver results.
Denmark Street
The project will now focus on the Denmark Street section and that road will be closed to traffic.
Langborough Road
Langborough Road will also re-open at the same time as Broad Street
