Dinton Pastures Open Air Cinema Finishes This Saturday
Across the summer thousands of film fanatics paid a trip to Dinton Pastures Country Park in Hurst, to enjoy outdoor screenings of both Bohemian Rhapsody and The Greatest Showman. The Open Air Cinema nights have proved so popular with local residents that two of the events sold-out.

Across the 10 and 17 August the foot-stomping celebration of Queen pulled in more than 800 Freddie fans, whilst The Greatest Showman also had a full house with almost 500 movie lovers in attendance on 24 August.
Grease
Tickets are still available for the feel good flick Grease which airs on 7 September. The classic film is the perfect end to the summer holiday season and guests are invited to throw on their best fancy dress – think pink bomber jackets, polka dot dresses and leather jackets.
“It’s terrific to hear that so many local people were able to join our Open Air Cinema nights at Dinton Pastures this summer. The screenings have proved hugely successful with thousands of visitors joining us for both Bohemian Rhapsody and The Greatest Showman,” said Cllr Parry Batth, executive member for environment and leisure.
“Dinton Pastures provides the perfect backdrop for these blockbusters and we look forward to welcoming guests back on 7 September for the airing of family-favourite Grease.”
Doors open 6pm and attendees are welcome to secure a prime viewing spot, bring along their own picnics and to enjoy some music ahead of the film airing shortly after 9pm.
Food & Drink
There will also be a variety of delicious food and drink for guests to enjoy across the evening. The Rollin Inn Mobile bar will be on site serving cold pints, Pimms and even cocktails. Guests can also warm up with a hot cup of cocoa.
Daddy Cool Catering
In addition, Daddy Cool Catering will be on hand baking freshly made pizzas, nachos, burgers and hot dogs – and ice cream for those with a sweet tooth.
