Dilpreet Singh, Nursery Owner of Monkey Puzzle Wokingham, said:

It has felt like a dream come true… I have always had an interest in education, back at home, as a child there was always a lack in teaching subjects, like Literacy.

A few years back, during the adoption process with my son, the local agency suggested to spend some time with children in a nursery. After only a few visits to the nursery settings, immediately I knew this is what I can do and would love to do.

I found the biggest challenge in early years was the staffing, but I am prepared to bring a change in this industry, and I want to ensure more people are inspired to work within the early years sector. My goal is to attract more people to work in this sector, and to support the fantastic team at Monkey Puzzle Wokingham on their career journeys.

We have a very experienced and versatile team to provide high-quality care to Wokingham families!”

The nursery will be open from June 3rd, 2024. It will be open 7:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, for 51 weeks per year.

The nursery is registered with Ofsted and over the past few weeks local families have been invited to view the nursery and secure their place at the setting.
