Mountain Warehouse & Ripples Coming To Peach Place

Luxury bathroom design company Ripplesand outdoor clothing and equipment specialists Mountain Warehouse are thelatest businesses coming to the new Peach Place destination that is takingshape in Wokingham Town Centre.

They will be joining other newbusinesses Cook, the Leafy Elephant, Sit & Sip and Blue Orchid, all of whomare set to open their doors in the coming month as the new square opens up forthe end of April.

Bernie Pich, assistant director forcommercial property, said: “I’m very pleased Ripples will be opening a brandnew bespoke bathroom showroom at Peach Place, joining Beyond the Download andCook on the Rose Street side of the development.

“Ripples is a fantastic company withshowrooms already located in places such as Beaconsfield, Winchester and Bath.We think they will be a great fit for Wokingham and reflect the quality ofbusiness the town deserves to attract.

Last Saturday (April 13) saw hundredsof people take a sneak preview of the new square as it was opened up for theday. Many people took the opportunity to see how fantastic it was looking forthemselves.

Bernie Pich Continued: “Feedback was verypositive from people who came to have a look at the square.  And with Eden Lounge and Cook set to open anyday now, Sit & Sip and Blue Orchid shortly after and Leafy Elephant inmid-May there is real positivity about how the town centre is coming togetherand how great Peach Place will be when it opens later this month. 

“It’s been wonderful to see peoplereally get behind the fantastic new businesses. There were crowds gatheredwaiting to get in to Beyond the Download when they opened up for Record StoreDay on Saturday morning.  I’m told theLeafy Elephant sold out their opening night tickets within a few minutes ofadvertising it online.
